A paralegal prepares various types of submissions under the guidance of an attorney in a broader working team. The scope of work includes drafting contracts, analyses, opinions, motions in civil and criminal proceedings, representing clients in proceedings before courts and other institutions. The position involves a diverse legal rotation with a focus on commercial and civil law and civil procedural law. Later on, specialization in e.g. tax law, labour law or construction law is possible.

Driving License: B
