Kreston Slovakia is looking to fill the position of Accounting Department Manager. The position is a great opportunity for a manager with experience in bookkeeping, financial management, financial controlling, and work team management. Previous experience in a similar position and/or experience in financial management, reporting and controlling, as well as cooperation with an auditor in the performance of statutory auditing (consolidation) is an advantage. Working in an international or consulting environment with active use of a foreign language is also an advantage.
The position is suitable for a candidate with several years of professional experience (7+) in bookkeeping with managerial skills and the ability to delegate work tasks and control their performance. The job also involves regular communication with clients to bring new developments to bookkeeping according to the needs of the individual client and to develop the portfolio of existing clients with a strong focus on customer care and evaluating customer satisfaction.
The position is suitable for a candidate with a business mindset who wants to build their management skills, grow over the long term and steadily develop their career in a dynamic work environment.
